People think that good cooking takes loads of energy, loads of time but good food can actually be really easy like some chocolate orange muffins that taste amazing and I can give you the recipe or them
You start by taking 9oz of self- raising flour and putting it in a large bowl (no need to sift) then you add 4 1/2 oz of dermara sugar and putting it straight into the bowl with the flour, then you need 1 tsp of baking powder
The next thing you need to do is to put in the chocolate and to do this you can bash it a Rowling pin. If you choose you can add orange zest but I find it easier to use chocolate with orange in it. I have also used chocolate cherry and salted caramel chocolate. Put that to one side
Then put 75ml of vegetable oil in a container and add 2 large beaten eggs, 125ml of milk and 1 tbsp of golden syrup. Next put the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and mix well
After mixing well put it evenly into a baking tray. Cupcake cases can be used but I prefer not to use them, just coat the baking tray with oil.
That may sound tricky so I think of it as: solid ingredients in one bowl, liquids in another, mix them and job done.
Put it in the oven for about 25 minutes and you can eat as soon as they come out. From my experience with making them, they are best as soon as they come out of the oven
