- 2Ib blueberries
- 5 ½ light soft brown sugar
- 15ml lemon juice
- 5oz plain four
- 4oz butter
- 3oz rolled oats
- To make the filling mix the blueberries with 3 tbsp (1oz) sugar, 1oz of flour and lemon juice in a pie dish.
- To make the crumble topping, sift the remaining flour into a bowl and rub in the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and rolled oats.
- Spoon the crumble mixture on top of the berries and press down lightly. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown
I made this for my whole family for Easter and it was delicious, I would highly recommend making this for the family
