Blueberry crumble

  • 2Ib blueberries
  • 5 ½  light soft brown sugar
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 5oz plain four
  • 4oz butter
  • 3oz rolled oats


  1. To make the filling mix the blueberries with 3 tbsp (1oz) sugar, 1oz of flour and lemon juice in a pie dish.
  2. To make the crumble topping, sift the remaining flour into a bowl and rub in the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and rolled oats.
  3. Spoon the crumble mixture on top of the berries and press down lightly. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown

I made this for my whole family for Easter and it was delicious, I would highly recommend making this for the family
