Here is a list of countries, their capital cities and what they mean:

The capital city of Sudan is Khartoum which means ‘elephant’s trunk’.

The capital city of Thailand is Bangkok which means ‘wild-plum village’.

The capital city of Argentina is Buenos Aires which means ‘good winds’.

The capital city of Uruguay is Montevideo which means ‘I saw the mountain’.

The capital city of Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur which means ‘mud-yellow estuary’.

The capital city of Belgium is Brussels which means ‘Building on a marsh’.

The capital city of Sierra Leone is Freetown which means ‘town for liberated slaves’.

The capital city of South Korea is Seoul which means ‘the capital’.

The capital of Bulgaria is Sofia which means ‘wisdom’.

The capital city of Iran is Tehran which means ‘warm place’.
