Sinornathosaurus part 2

I know I have already done a post on the sinornathosaurus but there was so much information on this one dinosaur and I thought that it would be too much information for one post so I have split it into two posts:

This was also a glider but this feasted on microraptors.

This was around one-and-a-half metres long.

The fossils of sinornithosaurus were so well preserved that we were able to work out that they had red, brown, grey and black stripes which was the perfect colour combination for camouflage.

Because sinornithosaurus was heavier it wasn’t the greater glider.

However sinornithosaurus didn’t have leg feathers so was much quicker on land.

Fact of the day: The only part of the body that has no blood supply is the cornea of the eye.

Joke of the day: Why was the pony always going to the vets? Because he was feeling horse!

Riddle of the day: What can you catch but not throw?

If you know the answer to the riddle leave it in the comments below. Drop a like if you enjoyed reading this post and want me to write more like this one. Also remember to tell me in the comments if you like the joke I put up there today.
