My spine vibrated like the shaking ground under an earthquake as my eyes greeted me with the evil princess’s castle.
It was tall like a skyscraper and broad like a theatre. It has been there for thousands of years but it is still like a statue that has never been touched. The castle was surrounded by a vast mass of black, dead trees, which howled in the wind like a wolf. The windows were all bricked up, and hidden so carefully you would never know there was a window. The grand doors caught my eye, with metal skulls for handles and thorns for the threshold. Almost too frightening not to take a step inside but the temptation was far to great.
Fact of the day: The largest book ever weighs more than 3,000 pounds.
Joke of the day: I used to work in a shoe recycling shop. It was sole destroying.
Riddle of the day: What is as light as a feather, but even the world’s strongest man couldn’t hold it for more than a minute?
